Wallaby Crankcase SubAssembly - CNC Machining -V1.03

This Zip file contains the drawings for the components in the Crankcase Sub-Assembly for the Wallaby 30cc Model engine.  These components include the Crankcase, Sump, Block, Cylinder Sleeve and Block Cover.  These designs are optimized for CNC Machining and are functionally equivalent to the designs for Manual machining.  If you only have manual equipment, use the drawings for these parts designed for manual machining in the "Wallaby Crankcase SubAssembly - Manual Machining" Zip file. They are a bit simpler to machine on manual equipment.

Added the Block-Stock.STL file in Version V1.01 of the Zip file

Corrected Block Drawing - 2-56 hole callout to .070"

Added Fusion360  CAM file

The CNC Machining Zip file also includes the IGS models for the components so tool paths can be created.

Version V1.03 includes updated Block Cover Drawing V1.01 - clairified hole/tap dimensions and added missing dimensions
