Wallaby Crankcase SubAssembly - Manual Machining -V1.05

This Zip file contains the drawings for the components in the Crankcase Sub-Assembly for the Wallaby 30cc Model engine.  These components include the Crankcase, Sump, Block, Cylinder Sleeve and Block Cover.  These designs are optimized for Manual Machining and are functionally equivalent to the designs for CNC machine, they are a bit simpler to machine on manual equipment.

Version 1.01 Corrected 2-56 hole callout in Block Drawing to .070"

Version 1.02 removed CNC machined sump drawing and added Manual Machined Sump Drawing

Version 1.03 added some missing dimensions to the Manual Machined Crankcase Drawing

Version 1.04 updated Block Cover Drawing to clairify hole/tap dimensions and add missing dimensions

V1.05 Jan-8-2023 Corrected dimension on page one of the Crankcase drawing, the placement of the crankshaft bore should be 1.625 from datum.
